All About Alyssa

I am a baby and toddler sleep consultant, certified educator, and military spouse with more than 7 years of experience supporting families through the challenges of early childhood sleep. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with more than 500 families, helping them create healthy, sustainable sleep habits with guidance that is practical, personalized, and compassionate.

My passion for this work is both professional and deeply personal. As a mom of two, I understand firsthand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep challenges can feel. My own parenting journey has given me experience navigating a wide range of needs, including supporting children with Sensory Processing Disorder, and caring for a daughter who was medically fragile. These experiences have shaped the way I serve families, allowing me to approach each child and parent with greater empathy, flexibility, and understanding.

I believe that sleep support should never be one-size-fits-all. Every child is different, every family has its own story, and every plan should reflect that. My goal is to help parents feel seen, supported, and confident with strategies that align with their child’s development, temperament, and unique needs. I am especially passionate about providing encouragement and practical tools that help families move from survival mode to a place of greater rest and peace.

In addition to working directly with families, I have also managed a team of sleep consultants, where I provided leadership, mentorship, and oversight to help ensure every family receives thoughtful, high-quality care. I am a licensed educator in the state of Maryland and I am also certified through the highly respected Institute of Pediatric Sleep & Consulting program, bringing together a strong foundation in child development, family support, and sleep education.

It is truly an honor to walk alongside families during such an important season of life. My hope is always to provide not only expert guidance, but also the reassurance and support parents need to feel empowered every step of the way.
